API Quickstart and the other bottled bacteria sometimes seem to skip the ammonia/nitrite part and go straight to nitrate.
With all those fish being fed three times a day, I'd expect to see ammonia, if there were ammonia to read.
Keep monitoring closely. But the tank may well be cycled.
There is only one live plant and it has 5 routes and is about 3 inches high. Is it really posable that it could cycle in that amount of time i have been reading about the cycle process and everything says 4 to 6 weeks i have yet to do a water change i dont know if it makes a difference but i have a penguin h.o.b 350 and i also have alot of bubble.so i will know when it is cycles when i start to see nitrate. Also is it possible to have to much circulation in a tank i have a pump that is 1300 gph the filter that is 350 gph and i just order a canster filter that is 525 gph.
