If this is the 60g hex tank in your log [Bacon, click "Aquariums" tab under Varkolak's name at the left of his post for the log/photos], my first suggestion would be some floating plants. The fish mentioned do not like overhead light, and will naturally be out and about more if they have a "roof" over them.
Second, I can't imagine the five Gold Honey Gourami blending in, but it may be more the above issue.
Kerri tetra might be a bit active here (with present sedate fish), so consider some of the Rosy clade of Hyphessobrycon. Rosy Tetra, Roberts Tetra are well suited, and beautiful. Bleeding Heart is similar but not with Gourami as BH can fin nip such fish. Black Phantom is another from this clade, but depending upon your viewpoint may not be "colourful" for what you want.
With the gravel substrate I would avoid kuhli loach, they are best with sand as it explains in the profile. Whiptail Catfish including the Red Lizard Whiptail would be nice in this setup. A single Bolivian Ram male would work too.
Diamond Tetra really sparkle, esp with those floating plants added.
