Quite hard when you started your aquarium, bought all of these lovely fish as youngsters, all about the same size when you saw them in the shop, if it was one of the major pet shops often they do not tell you what size they grow to.
They only want a sale and often sell fish that is not suited to either the tank, or other inhabitants.
After a year or so these fish start causing all types of problems and only see each other as food or threat.
Oh the joys of fish keeping.

nilet i dont find u patronizing at all.

The tank is my hubbys hobby that i have been saddled with looking after. My bag is dogs n cats a damn sight easier to look after if u ask me.

I will however endeavor to find out about testing kits perameters etc and do the best by the little fellas.
