Newbie needing help

I'm sorry because I am sure I am in the wrong place. I am new to this site,& have questions regarding my tank. Have had problems and I am trying so hard to figure it out for allthese little lives I'm trying to care for. It says I need to participate more before I can chat, but doesn't tell me what I need to do. I can't figure out how to post a question, I can't find instructions or anything. Believe it or not I am normally not this clueless lol. When I saw your post it looked.like you've been at this awhile so I thought idk ask and see if you'd be interested in helping out a greenhorn! Please! :) if u reply, I hope it notifies me and I can get back to it and respond. Maybe someone could message me...admin? Idk, again sorry. I'm worried about my fish and need some help from someone with experience :)

Needs help

I think you are in the right place, but it will help if you post some information>>>
Size of tank, how long it is up, type of lighting, filter, substrate, plants, fish. And of course, what your problems are. This will be better than using chat.

Then, some of the "pros" here will be sure to respond.

Just post on everything on here, everyone can see it so more people can help.
If you can copy/paste this and fill out the questions, that'd be great for us.

5. How long the aquarium has been set up?

6. What fish do you have? How many are in your tank? How big are they? How long have you had them?

7. Were the fish placed under quarantine period (minus the first batch from the point wherein the tank is ready to accommodate the inhabitants)?

8. a. Any live plants? Fake plants?
b. Sand, gravel, barebottom?
c. Rocks, woods, fancy decors? Any hollow decors?

9. a. Filtration?
b. Heater?

10. a. Lighting schedule? What lights are used?
b. Any sunlight exposure? How long?

11. a. Water change schedule?
b. Volume of water changed?
c. Well water, tap water, RO water?
d. Water conditioner used?
e. Frequency of gravel/sand (if any) vacuumed?

12. Foods?

And explain to us a little more what exactly has gone wrong. :)
