New tank setup

Hi I am starting this thread to keep you updated on my new 30 gallon tank. Today I just set it up and tonite I am going to the LFS to pick up a filter live plants and Black Widow tetras.

Sorry if there is spelling and grammer mistakes above. I am not good with either.
If you have fish or plants you need to get rid of pm me I am always looking for more.

not bad. how many gallons is it and how many inches of substrate doyou have on the bottom?

Working on 36 bow front

You are probably going to want to add another inch or two of substrate

Working on 36 bow front

If you plan on live plants they are going to need more than one inch of gravel. Would you plant a tomato plant in one inch of dirt?
