The nitrite and ammonia is WAY too high.

1) I would do a 50%+ water change. Use PRIME water conditioner. It works.
2) More Plants. Get Java Fern and Java Moss ASAP. It will help maintain the levels.
3) Get an API Master Test kit. They are more accurate.

That's all you can do for now. Water Change. Prime. API Master Test Kit. Plants.

Your pH is a little low for live bearers.
