In my view,, When fish appear stressed, a water change or two spaced 24 hours apart, will do more than many of these products. All I have ever seen them do is gum up the filters.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.

The LEAST amount of STUFF such as this that you add to the water, The BETTER off you and of course your fish will be.

There comes a point in your life when you realize
who matters,
who never did,
who won't anymore....
and who always will.
So, don't worry about people from your past.
There is a reason they didn't make it to your future.

I use a stress coat to "de-clorinate" my water...it's an additive I guess, It's called erm, "stress-zyme" by API...but I agree w/ the first answer, 25% water changes spaced 24 hours apart is much better for "stress" than trying to treat it w/ some product.
