Oh yeah, the only other types of gravel are estes aquarium gravel.
says: Spectrastone on the bag.
I have the aquarium draining for the fith time or so and I bought a bunch of new gravel from the store.
I sure am glad I bought that wet dry vacume from that one garage sale...

Well it's filling back up, my wife made me put a bag of blue gravel in with it for "color" I think it makes it look cheesy but what ever, I'll post back once it's setup.

Sorry it took so long to get back, the PH is still quite high, but it did bring it down to 7.4. I added some more bog wood and now my water is amber colored.. I have not taken another PH check but my fish are all in the tank and seem quite happy.
