i finally got my 20 h fully cycled and everything, the substrate is very fine rock almost like a think sand i wanted to do planted but i have no idea what to do he is a pic of the tank any ideas are welcome
How about some tall plants in the back corners and a piece of driftwood in the center with anubias nana growing on it. Anubias are an easy low light plant. You can even mix fake silk or plastic plants with live plants. That's what I did in my 37 gallon and it came out great. Crypts are also easy low light plants.
Crypt spiralisis are good in low lighting and will grow tall. You can see mine in the back left corner of the tank in my avatar. Other crypts will work, as will anubias, java moss, and java fern. I'd add a few root tabs for the crypts.
