Question MYSTERY!!Ghost shrimp missing....what happened i wonder? any thoughts?

A little over a month ago I had 10 ghost shrimp in my tank, and they could be seen all over the bottom working working working. A few of them started getting bigger, and i've heard that sometimes the bigger ones will eat the smaller ones, but what happened to the big ones, i mean, who ate them? Well, who most likely ate them?

10 Rasbora espeis
6 Cardinal tetras
6 hatchet fish(leaving soon)
3 kuhli loaches
3 striped ottos
1 flying fox
1 Red tailed shark

Also i would like to purchase a few more shrimp, but i guess they're going to have to be bigger, any thoughts on amino (sp?) shrimp. They have them at my LFS, would they do ok in my setup? Thanks everyone in advance.

I believe the RTS, would eat any type shrimp you placed in the tank.

Thank you Twistersmom. I had hoped it wasn't him...but figured he was probably the culprit. I think i may need the shrimp for cleaners more than i need a RTS for a centerpiece. I guess now i'll have to take him to LFS and trade him in. It'll be a shame though, he's my favorite.

My LFS guy told me that there are a certain cichlid that you can keep male/female together that are non aggressive. I think maybe he called them Dwarf Rams or something like that. I'm not sure if anyone knows kinda what i'm talking about i'd love to know the name of the fish, if there is something like this. If not then i'll have to pursue other avenues. Thanks.

More often then not the shrimp themselves, not kidding, when the old one's die the young one's snack off of them; I have shrimp-only tanks so no fish that attack them and that's what I have had over all these years now.
