Cool is my tank overcrowded

I have a 190 litre tank with around 15 neons, 4 silver tetras, 6 platys, 2 plecs, 3 feather fins and a few khuli loach. I was looking for fish i could put in my tank but a few people said there are to many fish already. Is this right? The fish seem happy and dont look like they are struggling to breathe but i am new to this maybe i have misser the signs. Any help would be appreciated.

tank dimensions? as surface area is very relevant........

Also-what plec? and a few kuhlis?

From a guess, id say you were pretty close, if not full.

I have to look up the others, but I know offf thetop of my head that 15 Neons have a bioload of 10 gallons. Silver Tetra get 4 inches long each and should be in groups of 5. I would estimate about... 6-8 gallons for 4? And how many Kuliis exactly?

Its a juwel trigon 190 its dimensions are 98.5 x 60 x 70. I have 3 khuli loaches in there. The tank looks like it has loads more room but as i said im new to keeping fish and i wouldnt want my fish to be living in poor conditions so i wont add any more to this tank.
