My Senegal Bicher Died

So i have a 20 gallon tank that is a starter tank for a bunch of fish i know it's way over stocked but i'm running the cycle in my 90 an 40 gallon tanks and most of these will be moved out this week. But I have:

Two Silver Mollies
Two Black Skirt Tetras
Streamline Chubs
Synodontis Decoris
Angelicus Botia
Rosy Barb
Bala Shark

In the tank, then two days ago i was at the lfs and i saw a Rapheal Cat and Two Senegal bichers for sale so i bought all three planning on putting them in my 90 gallon as soon as it's ready. But i just got hom today and noticed one of my two Senegal Bichers dead in the middle of the tank half eaten, one of his sides was eaten out and a part of his stomach.

I noticed this mourning he had like a little bruise on his head but i figured he just hurt himself somehow. But i don't know what could have happened to him, the two biggest fish are the Chub and Bala Hark and they are totally harmless. My guess would be that the other bicher killed him but i thought they could coexist. I also think they may have eaten the Raphael Catfish as i saw one of them spit out some flesh from something.

Where did i go wrong? (Aside from the over stocking)

Well, what are the parameters in this tank? Bichir are hardy but you never know.

I realize the 20g is temporary but you cannot house this group of fish in a 20g no matter how long or short it may be, and there will be problems in the larger tanks too. Normal fish behaviour--and the bichir are predators that will eat any fish smaller than they are--are often made worse in the confines of too small a space. Several of us commented on problems in the older thread but you paid no attention, so I don't know what else we can do to help.

Depending upon the size of the bichirs they probably turned on each other due to aggression from being pent up in too small of quarters. It doesn't matter if you have "bigger tanks cycling to be ready". You don't put into a temp-tank like this anything that cannot do decently in that size to begin with. Otherwise you are asking for problems and they can arise in a very short time.

I realize it's over stocked but what would be the mark i would be shooting for then it's 11 fish currently and ony two of the fish are even over 2 inches, the biches and catfish are tiny, the rosy barb has hardly grown at all since i got him.
