My Poor little Cory

I came home from work yesterday and had a look at my tank, like I always do. I noticed one of my Corie's was smashed in between the glass and the sponge filter. I wasn't sure if he was still alive or not but I immediately reached in and pulled the sponge away from the wall. He swam away. I was so happy. I hope he is alright, he must have been so scared. Talk about good timing that I came home when I did. Poor little Cory.

That sounds like a pretty close call. I'm glad you rescued him in time!

You probably already know to do this, but I would watch closely to make sure he doesn't develope any infections from his slime coat being effected.

Yes, Thanks. I don't know how long he was in there but He seems to be doing well so far. I put the lights out in the tank to give him some calm rest after and this morning he is swimming about like it never happened. I am guessing my timing was really good coming in and that he wasn't there real long. Thank God for that.
