Is my 10 gallon aquarium overstocked?

I have 7 pygmy cories
2 Dwarf African Frog
1 Snail
1 Beta

I do 25 % water weekly change
I have two live plants and 1 driftwood a few background fake plants

I moved your post out of the other thread (which was not directly related) and started a new thread of its own.

To your question, I think you're OK, though I admit to having no experience with the frogs in with fish.
