No one has deleted anything. My submitted reply just did not post. I have already contacted the webmaster and gave he/her a copy of the newreply&p browser number (copied and pasted the bowser link to my new post.) There just were not any words. I had a link, but no pictures.

Unfortunately, when I emailed webmaster the message with the inclosed web browser link, I did not get a copy of the email.

All I can tell you is there was a message typed up, submitted reply butten was hit, I was then transferred to a new page, page was blank, copied browser info (would look something like this: http://www.fishforum.com/newreply.ph...reply&p=198792 and then finally contacted the webmaster.

This sounds like something that occurred twice to me, although some weeks back. I put it down to some blurp (computers sometimes do odd things) and went on. But from FreshWaterTanker's last paragraph, as best I recall that is what occurred to me. I have Windows Vista on my PC, and periodically it does funny things, like shutting down in the middle and you have to log in again. I thought at the time it might be more of that nonsense, or maybe something at the site. It is frustrating when these things occur, but I take them in stride (after a few choice words to myself!).

The aquarist is one who must learn the ways of the biologist, the chemist, and the veterinarian. [unknown source]

Something we all need to remember: The fish you've acquired was quite happy not being owned by you, minding its own business. If you’re going to take it under your wing then you’re responsible for it. Every aspect of its life is under your control, from water quality and temperature to swimming space. [Nathan Hill in PFK]
