If you want to lower your PH, by an RO filter from eBay for around $50. Treat RO water with RO right products that add essential minerals to RO water removed while filtering. They, use a special RO PH chemical and adjust the PH to your desire.
Another way is add PH down product but I don't recommend it. It might work temporary but usually it just swings back up which is called the rebound effect. It is a PH roller coaster and puts stress on the fish.
Using RO water method is best choice to lower PH because. I have a discus tank and use this method. An alternative cheaper way is to collect rain water because rain water is mineral free. Just make sure the rain is not polluted. Hope this helps.
