looking for ideas for new 75 gallon tank

Hello all!
I'm on a posting spree today as it is the first day I've had to myself since before christmas. Thought id put somthing out to the forum because I've been having a heck of a time deciding what to do in my new 75 that I got for christmas. Its been up for about four weeks with mature filter and rockks from a well-established tank and the water quality is stable. I've been adding two flakes of food per day to feed the nitrogen cycle. Readings are ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrAte 10 . Last night I added about 20 stems of anacharis from my soil tank.
I'm in no hurry to rush anything because I have 5 other tanks to play with and more importantly, I've learned that while its real easy to make a descision for a tank, its a lot harder to change it if I change my mind or want to go for somthing different.
I really like cichlids, but I already have a 75 setup with cichlids. I love loaches, but again, I have a loach tank in my 40 gal. My other three tanks are as follows: 29 gall with gouramis and rainbow shark
26 gal bowfront with angelfish
10 gal soil tank with just plants( anacharis, hornwort, hygro, and anubias.

Any suggestions/ideas about what YOU think would be great for a 75 gal?

My ideas that I've been bouncing back and forth between are; platy breeding tank with dense plants and no ro.cks, african cichlids which I've never kept before but I do have all the equipment and stones for one, and tropical communitytank with small peacful fish, plants and a couple stones.

I'm hoping so one will have an unusual but interesing idea!

Thanks to all who reply

Ha!
Your goldfish are very beautiful and interesting, but I'm a tropical guy. If I had a few more tanks I would definitely keep some nice big fancy goldfish.
But I'm about maxed out now for space. I would keep a.tank or two in every room, but family needs space too! Thanks for posting though

I would rework the stock of your other tanks. For example, the rainbow shark really isn't appropriate for a 29 long term, and same goes for angelfish in a 26.

125 - BGK, chanchito cichlid, pictus cats, silver dollars, palmas bichir
125 - cichlids (severums, bolivian rams, chocolate), rainbows ( turquoise, red), loaches (angelicus, zebra, kuhli and horseface), plecos (BN, RL and clown), denison barbs, tiretrack eel, pearl gouramis, betta
90 - Congo tetras, african knife, upside down cats, spotted ctenopoma, kribensis, delhezzi bichir
2.5 - betta

ever think in a betta sorority? They can actually get along with community fish as they were doing in my tank

Maybe a breeding/fry tank? Or Gourami..?
I personally would go crazy and have a whole rainbow community tank filled with fun colored not so common tropical fish that are all colors of the rainbow! :D

Thanks to all who posted. Some interesting ideas !
I think I'll do the responsible thing and take jaysee idea to better organize my existing stock. The angels were never supposed to stay in the 26.
So... angels AND gouramis in the new 75, seven fish total ,8 including the shark. Then the 29 is going to be made over as a soil based plant tank, and the 26 bowfront is now up for restocking.

Soooooooo.... if anyone wants to suggest ideas appropriate for a 26 gal. I would love to hear. I honestly have no clue what I want to use it for. Definitely some type of fish though:)
