Sweet Aquatics has good pricing on their plants, I was happy with the plants that I got from them. The only problem I had with them was that it took quite awhile to recieve my order, part of it might have been because I placed my order around memorial day, and from comments that I have seen from others sometimes it takes awhile for shipments to be sent out. But otherwise the prices and quality was good.

Depending on what you want for floating plants, there are quite a few stem plants that you can float. Also you can always see if anyone on here has any extras that they maybe wanting to get rid of. Never know some people ask that you cover just shipping cost. Always worth checking out if it is an option that your dad would be okay with doing.
