WHOOOOOHOOOO
I bought a very pregnant swordtail the other day, put her in a little half gallon in my big tank, and nothing, so last night i did water changes on my very dirty 14 gallon thanks to a fish i gave away, and added her and 2 other fish in there, this morning i woke up looked at her and she was no longer fat, and just that second i see a little baby swim for shelter

i took out all 3 fish and all the rock and decor, and have counted
32babies so far :)

thought i would share

defently the largest batch of babies for me so far :)

Ill get pictures when they get a bit bigger

or maybe if i can catch some and put them in with my other babies :D

Well orginally I had 2 friends that wanted some, 1 is setting up a new tank, the other lost all her fish so it was gong to be a fresh start, but the one that lost all her fish is just giving me her tank. SO ill be able to rehome a few but the others i havent figured out yet, maybe when their big enough ill take them to the petco i buy all my fish from. But im hoping to take a few of the females from this batch and breed my platy/sword crossbred males that i have to them to get more colors, since this batch is pure neon greed swords, and the 2 sword crosses i already have are black and gold, so i think the babies from them would be rather stunning :)
