lighting again and again

Hi all. I know that there has been million topics about light in the past but I need some help choosing the right stuff for me. I have 65Wx2 Dual Satellite Compact Fluorescent Fixture and it seems like i need to buy a new light bulb. Which bulb would be best for planted aquarium?

These are my options

SunPaq Actinic 460nm
SunPaq Actinic 420nm
SunPaq Daylight 10000K
SunPaq Daylight 6700K
SunPaq Dual Daylight 6700K/10000K
SmartPaq Daylight 10000K/Actinic 460nm
SunPaq Dual Actinic 420/460nm

you want 6500 or 6700k full spectrum bulbs.

what is? .... 6.7K or 10K? I need it for planted tank.

6500k or 6700k is ideal for a freshwater planted tank. full spectrum bulbs and about 2-3 watts per gallon (varies on types of plants your keeping)

Btw.. 420 lamp is not good?

actinic lighting does nothing for a freshwater planted tank. go with the 6500k or 6700k daylight full spectrum bulbs.

amazon swords are heavy root feeders so suppliment with root tabs/liquid ferts as well.
