here i was thinking that when my discus were old enough to breed i could just put on a little Barry White and put a bit of liquor in the water. Alas, I will just have to wait and see if they can figure it out on their own.

Marvin Gaye and candles worked in my tank. I floated a few rose petals in the tank too and sent all the other fish to their grandma's house.

OK, i'm resurrecting a bit of an old topic here, but i think it's obvious what the problem with Jack's tank - he wasn't thinking big enough. Far too small...

it be worth it with that i schooling pacu (only 50 or so) 200 silver dollars, 5 arowanas and 3 clown knifes (thats just the biggining. :D

I'd like to think that when you can physically climb into your own tank to do maintainance, then you are probably as far as you can you go on this hobby.

But somehow, I bet I'm wrong... :)
