I have set up a new 10 gallon tank in addition to my older 10 gallon. I am looking for some ideas and/or combinations of fish to put in here. I think I want some ghost shrimp, and I am planning to move 1 black molly out of my old 10 gal and into this new one because he is being endlessly bullied my my orange platy. So what would go well with a molly and some ghost shrimp in a 10 gallon tank?
I'd be careful with the fish mixed with mollies as mollies prefer hard, alkaline water whereas some fish prefer soft, acidic water. Go with fish that are least fuzzy to water conditions.
Danios are great additions. If you like, go with cherry barbs or gold barbs.
By the way, welcome aboard to Shavon and Thesongisover. Hope you'll like it here.
well the inch per gallon only works in small aquariums, bigger aquariums need more research and all these other things.
