OK my friends... I want to know what is the thing about your setup that makes you the most proud? Is it a plant, fish, peice of driftwood? what about your tank that makes you just want to stare at it for hours on end? Id love to see pictures if you have em too!
I gotta say my new rocks in my 55G are pretty cool...in my opinion that is...never seen them in any other aquarium....they just stand out and the water reflecting off of them makes them loook like mirrors.....utah ice rocks....pretty sweet. pics in my profile!
For me, it's all about my fish. However, my family seems to be impressed with the live plants. This picture was taken about 2 weeks ago. Now, the tiger lotus leaves form a huge canopy on the surface. Sorry I don't have an updated pics of it, but it does look kind of neat.
its definitely going to have to be all of the rocks i have. i went out and collected them all myself and it wasnt at random, every rock has something unique to it which i think adds more of a natural look in my tank.
It's going to have to be the fact that I was able to talk the b/f into getting the tank and having him do all the construction work to build a special alcove to display the tank flush to the living room wall. If you knew him you'd know it was quite the feat by me! :-D
I'm fascinated by the shrimp in my 80 gallon. It might be more fun to watch the java loaches burrow through the gravel, but they hide a lot whereas the shrimp are always out.
Yea Id love to see the pics too! I love how everyones tank is so different from the next. I love to see the differences in each and everyone one.
