It's posted on my local craigslist and when I saw it my jaw dropped.

750-gal aquarium/terrarium - $800

Date: 2010-03-09, 2:16AM PST
It's huge, it's real and it successfully holds 750-gal. It's 1"-thick plexi surrounded by Bosch aluminum extrusions for a secure fit. Pictures are available to serious inquiries. It's currently on wheels for transportation purposes and is best moved via flatbed towtruck. The dimensions are 4'W x 6'L x 4'H. This was originally designed as an above-ground dog swim-therapy tub but could be used as a unique aquarium, reptile display or ???

wow- now I can install a james bond-esque contraption.

"I'm sorry Mr. X. Your offer is not to my liking."
Press a button, and the door under him opens.

He falls screaming into a tank of hungry pirahnas.
Screams don't last long. ;)

Seriously though... What about filling the entire tank with neons? or Guppies?
Or a handful of arrowanas..
the possibilities are endless.

I hope whoever buys it posts pics...

Haha, sure. I'll go pick it up in my handy-dandy flatbed towtruck.

When I first saw the listing I was sure they meant 75 gallons until I clicked on it.

That's a 720g, not a 750 :P

I guess since it wasn't meant to be used as an aquarium it doesn't come with any sort of stand or anything like that, huh? If I had the room and money, I'd be all over that thing anyway.
