Hydro-Logic - Small Boy w/ Upgraded KDF85

Anyone ever use this unit? these things remove chlorine/chlorimines.. it looks pretty good, not too expesive compared to speed and cost of R/O units. Filter are rated for 6000 gallons. I figure for that cost you would be lucky to find liquid dechlorinators for the same price.

I have never heard of the unit, but if all it does is take out Chlorine and Chlorimines, that can be achieved by a cheap de-chlorinater. I could go to the petstore and get 6000g worth of de-chlorinater for under $30, and you don't have to buy it all at once. Is it also a RO unit?

No its not an R/O unit but I guess its just a filter for sediment and chlorine and stuff, made for hydroponics but figured it would be useful. Little expensive but not very.
