Hi i was wondering how reliable is tropicalfidh auctionfor I was looking at a couple of african butterfly fish. Could I have two of them in one 38 gallon

I have never seen that site but I love AquaBid.com - Sell or buy aquarium related equipment and fish in an auction format! as do most of the "experts" I have gotten advice from

You could do two ABF in a 38 gallon, yes! I've had two in my 55 and as long as you make sure they both are getting fed, they should do fine. Make sure you have some surface cover for them as well. They are some of my all time favorite fish!
As for the website you talked about, that's all news to me! I think I'll start checking out both of those websites. haha =)

Also would i be okay with rams in the tank or would ther be conflict. The rams hang out near the bottom but I'm sure the can find a way to bullie a surface dweller

Rams are usually a really peaceful cichlid, so I wouldn't think they would harm your ABF. I think they'll do well together. =) Just keep an eye on them.
