How much Sand

How many kilograms of sand will I need to use as a substrate for my tank? the base is 122cm x 36cm. I think it is a 65 gallon

Probably around 40kgs - I think I used about 30kgs for my 55gal.

is this tank planted? if its planted go for 1-2 inches of substrate, not sure how much weight that is, but the general rule is 1-2 inches for plants, the heavier rooted plants like swords will need 2 inches. If no live plants, then you can get away with less than 1inch of substrate.
