high nitrite

the nitrite in my tank is to high -unable to lower it - it's a 30 gal well planted tank, I do 25% water change weekly-there are 15 neons & 3 corys I do add Flourish plant food 3 times a week (5ml) I am at a loss as what to do

We need more data to assess the issue and suggest remedies.

How long has this tank been running?

Did you really mean nitrite, or actually nitrate? And what is the number from the test? And which test kit are you using?

thanks I went to my LFS and bought an API test kit ( I was using test strips) it shows that everying thing is fine--
