Thank you Blue...you have been a huge help!! I will do that right away. She wont have a filter so do I put her in for a few hrs at a time, how long can she stay in the hospital tank without a filter?

There's a cheaper way. Your goldfish still needs a filter.
Just buy a sponge filter, then connect the tubing on the airpump, then the other end to the sponge filter.
It has two good uses:
1. Cleans your tank. Though you still need to carry out water changes.
2. It can produce water movements so it should produce sufficient oxygen.
