Have Hydras in my shrimp tank, best course of action?

Hey guys, I just noticed that my 12 gallon shrimp tank has hydras. Seems to be a decent number as well. I'm not a big fan of them, so I was wondering whats the best course of action to get rid of them? Thanks!

hydras: the friendly freshwater anemo... - Freshwater Aquariums - tribe.net

Parasite meds are thought to rid them, as well as a very small dose of copper. Which can both be dangerous to your shrimp. The link above has people talking about them. I too have hydras in my 29g tank.
