Wow that must be expensive to feed! I know my jar cost close to $10 for the small fish formula, that stuff is crazy expensive. Last order of food I made from ken's was 1.5lbs and cost $20 shipped! I do use the hikari frozen bloodworms, but most of my other frozen fish food comes straight from the grocery store. I do really like hikari micro pellets. My local petsmart must hate me. That is the ONLY thing I really ever buy from them in considerable amounts. Only when I get a gift card, which is rare these days. I make them price match for me( the do this if you ask). Those 1.58oz bags, they matched them for around $2.50 last time... then I bought like half a dozen of them(that was all they had in stock >.>).

This is one of my boesemani rainbows. He is still quite young only around 2" and is showing great color for his age. Food though is only one factor in when you talk about color, but this one has been eating the cichlid pellets I feed all my medium/large fish, even though only 1/12 of them are cichlids lol. I have had this guy since he was 1" long.

.... I'm probably drunk.

This is how I lurk
