What's your PH?

Livebearers need basic alkaline water, while corys prefer extremely soft water.

May I ask- why are you using CO2?

For the plants, its not an expensive thing just spray the bottle down the pipe every no and then.
My ph is 7.5 basic Oxfordshire water.

wow ! looking nice in there.
keep up with your water changes,as our fish these days are so inbred
that they are weak,especially the guppys.
great getting more plants.
don't know if i asked you this already............you got any friends,rellies,with
tropical fish ?
getting donations of stuff from established tanks can be invaluable.

my water is pertty much the same as yours.

when you set up a new tank,hide an extra
sponge or two behind some decor,that way you have
something seeded for you next filter.

Got som! Cabomba, and vallisneria spirulis something like that!
And also got some water flea which there are enjoying! hence the little whit dots in the picture!
And i dont know any 1 with a tropical fish tank im the only 1...
And the last picture is of my platy but shes not doing very well....
Doing water changes second 1 i did so far 2 more to go tommorow and day after then more water testing!

Its not ammonia i thought so my self yesterday but my ammonia is zero, i think its just a bad 1 i still luv her but shes was like that from when we brought her hme!

Some bad news the female in the last picture, who wasnt very well since i got her passed away...
Lets hope she didnt suffer to much..

female re platy which i think is pregnant plus a lil yellow guppy!
