Wal-Mart would not confirm to Reuters exactly how many stores would be affected, but said that it was certainly not abandoning the aquarium business.
Really?

get lost wal-mart, target is way better. I dont like anything in wal-mart, targets prices are actually cheaper where i live and is much much much more organized.

But good, they are finally slowing down

Well that is good news. The fish at Wal-Mart do not look healthy, and the employees there know even less than the employees at PetSmart!! (and I used to be one of them, at PetSmart).

I must say that our walmart is not to bad on there fish department, i guess we got one out of a million.LOL the do misprice some of there fish. They are selling collumbien blue flame tetra's for $1.50 and at the petstores out of town they are selling for $3.50 each i think. But the staff is not informative one told us it was fine to put tiger barbs in with platy's and molly's she said "nah they won't bother any of your other fish they are very non-aggresive"

Haha non aggressive? Thats too funny. But thats good news! Although I like the good price on fish bowls (until I get my new tank, bettas have to be in bowls, then they will turn into 'quarantine' bowls for new bettas) I found so many dead bettas =( and their fish look terrible!

well i wouldnt order enough fish to make the expense of shipping worth it. Plus i have had horrid troubles with both fedex and usps lately claiming to not be able to find my house. I wouldnt wanna risk that when lives are at stake.
