So now i have 6 tiger and 3 cherry, i introduced 6 green barbs. 3 die.

They attack anything in the water. I distracted them with food, once they were done eating they attacked.
I haven't had any problems w/ the barbs attacking/chasing the danios...would this be a good sign or not enough to tell?

I'd just like to add, my red tailed shark has been increasingly active in the tank, and I've seen him now eat a couple pieces of food and try and east algae off the rocks...so that's good :)

well, mine dont attack after a while. Eventually they seem to give up the fact that they cant chase them out of the tank. They stop chasing them. Im not sure at what point you could say its ok. I guess the only real way to tell would be to try it. Worse scenario you have to return some dead fish.

My shark was very shy in the start. He is REALLY active now. He protects his log but i see him all the time, he is just really hard to catch a photo of because he never really sits still unless its in the log.

Tiger barb where introduced into the tank at the same time as the danios, so they are use to them. Anything new is likely to draw their intrest. I had to leave the lights out on the tank when I put some red glass barbs in with them. When I turned the lights back on the next day all was fine.(I find younger barbs to be a little more nippy) Angel fish have a lot of full fins, that could easly be torn by the tigers.

Alright, so yah I gotta get my 20 gallon going...at which point I'll introduce the angels and w/ a little bit of luck they'll get along as I was wanting to use my 20g for a hospital.

your right, they were introduced at the same time, so I can see how they'd accept them...alright, thanks.
