Goldfish tank size question. :D
This is a pretty quick question. I own a comet goldfish who's about ten years old now. He's pretty big, maybe ten inches nose to tail, and lives in a twenty gallon. Wouldn't a thirty or more gallon tank be more suitable? I'm trying to convince my parents the 20 gallon isn't so great for our goldfish.
A 55g is more suitable actually. The bigger, the better. If you can manage a 75g, good.
Sent from my desktop or phone or whatever else I am holding on to
I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
Thanks you guys! I'll be getting my own place soon and I've already made reservations for a 120 gallon but right now I really must use a 30 or 35 gallon. (Any heavier and he'd fall through the floor. Currently I live in a trailer; we'd have to put supports underneat of it to hold the fish tank! lolol)
Well I've got to work pretty hard here too! Mom thinks that the reason all the info-places say he needs a better tank is because the bigger the tank, the more money--and the more profit wherever we're buying the tank from. I keep telling her, "He's obviously smushed up in there," but she won't hear it.
