Seachem Flourish is what I use.
I also use Flourish Tablets for my planted plants.
I know some other members do use CO2 injections, but I have no knowledge of that or how to do it. xD

Most LFS or LPS should have them. I picked up a box of 10 from Pet Supermarket today.

I would just use Seachem Flourish Comprehensive liquid. The Java Fern and Anubias don't need that much fertilizer and the hornwort and water sprite get most of their nutrition through their leaves. As has already been mentioned, the floating plants should be fine in a cichlid tank as they are not rooted in the substrate.

Yellow labs will most likely chew at water sprite, I tried some in my cichlid tank and they ate it all.
