The play sand looks great! I think I will be using play sand as well, I live in Wisconsin, so I don't look forward to cleaning it, but....

yeah, it was a pain in the you know what. but well worth it!!! I'm adding some real plants soon and pickin up some more fish tomorrow

Just a word of caution. Your filter intake looks a little close to the sand... You might want to raise that an inch or two, just in case some of the fish decide to play sand angel next to the filter intake... That sand will your impeller apart quickly.....

Looks great! I've done sand in several of my tanks and I really like the look. Your cories will definitely appreciate it as well!
