If you want to be sure you're not overpopulated by Shrimp soon, I'd also get Amano's. Given the fact you have java moss in the tank would be a excellent hiding place for the smaller one's like Red Cherry and their offspring which can fairly quick go from having 5 shrimp to having 50 and from what I read between the lines its not what you want.
However between the needs of the Oto's & Amano's I'd then carefully monitor that they really all get the needed food.
