Food Pellets w/ high vegetable content

Hello my name is Chris and I am an Exotic Turtle Breeder. Besides owning an 11" algea eater I'm not much of a fish person. I'm looking for a vegetable enhanced pellet diet for my Turtles, with minimal protein content. This doesn't exist along the lines of Reptile commercial foods, so I thought I would look into Fish/Aquatic life foods. Knowing next to nothing of fish products I came to this forum. All input is greatly appreciated, thank you.

A pellet made for any kind of algae eater will have high vegetable content, but I don't know about protein. Hope this helps :) .

I'm not sure how much protein constitutes "minimal", but you'll probably be able to find an algae wafer with min 25% protein. That's about as low as I've seen. I think that spirulina is higher in protein than some other common veggie ingredients, but I could be wrong.

IMHO fresh vegetables is the way to go. Blanched romaine lettuce and zucchini is always a hit with my veggie loving fish. Broccoli and spinach is also a really good idea, especially for turtles as it is so high in protein.
