I'm a big fan of Wardley. Their standard Tropical flakes would be a good choice. I also like Nutrafin Max. I use Wardley algae wafers and shrimp pellets, which would work well for your plecos and loaches.

If you're looking to buy in bulk, I've read good things about the food made and sold by That Fish Place. I've seen lots of good online reviews for it, and my sister's boyfriend makes the trek up to Lancaster from time to time. The only prepared foods he feeds his fish are That Fish Place's own name brand.

Quick Edit: I feed my fish a lot of frozen food as well, but I don't buy it online because the shipping is pretty outrageous. I get San Fransisco Bay brand frozen brine shrimp, but all my other frozen food is Hikari.

I like Wardley's and Hikari among others. New life spectrum is very good but overpriced IMHO. The trick when looking for fish food is to find one with low ash content.
