fishless cycle help please

Hi guys I need help Ive set up my 130 litre tank put the temperature to 28 degree's as I have read this is the best temperature for bacteria to grow. I'm using jeyes kleen off multi-purpose ammonia as my ammonia source. Now going off these ammonia calculators it states I should add 4ml of ammonia to get to 3ppm but I've added 7ml already and it's still at <0,05 can any help me???

You need a good Ammonia test. The minimum reading on API Ammonia drop test is 0.25 ppm.
I don't know what test can give you a reading of 0.05 ? Are those ppm (parts per million= miligrams per liter)?

The test kit I have is fine I paid a decent amount of money for it but it states that the water should go like a green/blue colour for 3ppm but it's yellow which going of the kit reading book that means there's hardly any ammonia in the tank so I don't understand???

I am not familiar with Jbl tests. Are they for freshwater?
I am also not familiar with Jeyes Kleen as a source of ammonia. How much ammonia is in there? How did you calculate how much to dose? Keep in mind that ammonia is volatile (is actually a gas) and un properly stored bottle (old, opened, exposed to heat) might lose a good part. Make sure the liquid does not foam when shaken (a sign that other detergents might be along ammonia)
