I don't hate any fish. There are some I like less then others but I don't blame the fish, I blame myself for getting them. I currently do not have any I don't love. I wasn't a fan of the leporinus fasciatus that I had. The petstore told me they would get no larger then 6 inches which was a lie and they told me they would be good in a heavily planted community tank. LIE!! Well, they were happy, they were like two buzz saws in a beautiful forest. The plants were dropping left and right. They had to go but I didn't hate them, I was rather pissed at the store for selling them to me. They still have them and they still say they get no larger then 6 inches. Mine were more then 6 inches in a few months.

They can actually get more like 12-18 inches long and eat PLANTS

Here is one that is full size he has a cameo at 3:21

Now, if you have a tank like this size

I say, have at it, they are cool fish. Get a few.

I have to disagree with you there. The profile of the Banded Leporinus clearly states that it is NOT compatible with pet whale sharks.

My American Flag Fish. As soon as I got him he killed and mutilated (ate their eyes ) two of my harlequins and chomped off most of the fins of my Black Widow Tetras. Plus he's this ungainly, stubby thing with a stupid fat froggy face with little piggy eyes and huge blubbery lips. I don't know how he manages to catch the other fish! Now I've put him in with my White Cloud Minnows, who seem to be able to stay out of his way, until I get him a tank of his own. Maybe I'll like him once my other fish are safe from him, you never know!

I hate my danios, as they a nippy as **** and I can't find anyone to give them too

16 gallon - 11 neon tetras, 6 Pygmy cories, 6 kuhli loaches and 1 male Betta
15 gallon - 1 male Betta, 3 platies, and 5 guppies
6 gallon - 1 male Betta

All planted tanks

In My Opinion a Betta deserves nothing smaller than a 5 gallon tank
