Fish Tank problem

Did some more research about fish tanks, and the Cycle.

And i looked at my tank now (22L) it has many bubbles the filter is covered in them, and around the top of the tank all sides. Is that bacteria, or is it oxygen that isnt being used because theres no fish?

does anyone know the price for the equipment to check Nitrate and Ammonia?

The tank isnt new.

the bubbles are probobly trapped air. there is no way that is the "good bac" if you dont have any fish in there or anything putting off ammoonia. for the Best test kit go to walmart.com and look for a freshwater master test kit, its only 18.00 on there and trust me its the same thing you will find at your lfs for 50.00
