Looks good, except that maybe the tiger barbs will nip the gouramis. But you may have a enough barbs to where it won't be a problem. Try it out and see how it goes.

that list sounds perfect to me. and if the tigers get too nippy you could try adding about 2 more so that they will be busy with their own kind. hope it all works out. sounds like it will be a gorgous tank when it all comes together. :D

i have two gouramis in a tank with tiger barbs, and they do fine. they mostly pick on eachother and leave the honey and the dwarf gouramis alone.

one thing though- i would add the tigers as the very last fish. they are territorial, and if they are fist, they just might attack new tank mates.

feeding tank mates of tiger barbs can also be tricky, cause they eat in a frenzy, so anyone timid, who might be waiting for food to fall into lower areas of water, will be sorely dissapointed- so feed some sinking or semi-sinking foods as well.

yeah adding the tigers last might be a better way to do it.
