One other thing, The second picture from the bottom looks like an Anubias. This plant will die buried in the gravel like that.

Its best to attach it to a rock or some wood with a string. The Rhizome needs to be above the substrate.

Alright. I took out the non aquatic plants and redid the whole tank. I returned the glo fish and pleco .All i have in the tank are neons. I added a couple of new plants. Pics will be up later today. I look forward to your opinions and suggestions.

It will help to know your water parameters (tap water). When you post new photos, mention the hardness (both GH and KH if you can, you can obtain these from your water suply people, many have a website) and pH. It will make it easier for us to make suggestions as to fish (and possibly plants).
