female guppy has become agressive and is killing my other fish

hey all! i havent been on for a while as my tank was going ' swimmingly' however i have a female guppy gone nuts.
i have 3 females and 1 male, but 1 female has started becomming really agressive, shes pretty much killed the male in the last day or so, his tail is now shredded as are his fins, i dont have a spare tank but i have managed to sepeate him into a fish store bag which im keeping in the tank to keep warm and have put holes in so the water can circulate.im hoping he survives.
After he was seperated the female has started on one of the other females, constantly chasing and nipping at her to the same point as the male.
i dont know what to do or why this behaviour has started, as far as i can tell she isnt pregnant.
can anyone help?

We guppies

Is your tank large enough? I was going to recommend increasing the male amount to keep her in check, but I'm not sure now. :/ She might have some mental condition if everything is normal... Animals can have the same issues people have.

It's a 10 gal tank but I would've thought that it's large enough for 4 guppies, they are they only fish in there

Have you checked your parameters recently? Something might be off that is causing her to respond in rage. If not, she could just be a psycho. ^^; (I'm serious about animals having disorders) Or, is there a possibility that your female is actually male? (I have seen some that remind me of females before)

All parameters are fine and I'm 100% sure she's a female, I think maybe she is just a bully

Most likely the case then. :P (some fish are brats like that though.)
