Feeding My Plecostamus

So I have a Pleco about 2 or 2.5 inches. I'm feeding him "TetraVeggie Algae Wafers Xtreme" with the "concentrated Algae center"
Something I noticed : The crude Protien os only 30% I know for fish it should be 42% or higher. but what about a Pleco? is 30% ok??

(The top 3 ingredients are Wheat Germ Meal, Feeding Oat Meal, Corn Starch)

some plecos are vegetarians, some do eat meat. In order to really answer the question, we need to know what species you have. A picture would work too, if you aren't sure.
