Yes, just package it in a box labeled "home goods" or "home decoration". If for some reason customs opens it you can't be faulted for mislabeling it as you assumed the classification for such an item is to be used as decoration. Now, if your driftwood contains something unsavory (beetles that can fell a 200 year old redwood or sequoia tree) it's not something you should send.
If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...
