I bought two pieces of driftwood from my local fish store, and after 5-6 hours of the wood being in my 29gallon, there was this red tinge to the bottom 2/3 of the tank. I rinsed off the wood when I got it home. I put some cloud clearing solution in the tank last night, but it did not get better. Should I worry? Will it go away after a while or should I do a couple water changes?

The tinge you are seeing is the tanins leaching from the driftwood and is harmless. Eventually it will abate. If it concerns you and you don't like the way the water looks you can take the wood out and boil it. Boiling removes alot of the tanins. I boiled my wood and after putting the wood into the tank it turned my water yellow. The yellow colored water eventually faded after a few water changes.

I'm not a fan of chemicals and if I were you, (and I'm not!) I'd avoid using the cloud clearing solution. The red tinge is harmless to your fish but I'm not sure I can say that about chemicals.
