Just a quick mention that discus are not compatible with the other fish you've named simply because they need much softer water than the others, and much higher temps. I'd also be careful with the rams, as they also prefer the softer water and higher temps.
The paradise fish and barbs should be ok together provided there is enough territory and more than one of either species in the tank to help keep the aggression levels down.
I also wouldn't mix the honey gourami with the paradise fish. Paradise fish can be extremely aggressive, especially once they mature.
